Why Product-by-Product FAQ Management Fails

Most FAQ solutions work at the page level. You open a product page, add an FAQ section, and write questions and answers for that specific page. Then you move to the next product and repeat the process - either rewriting the same content or copy-pasting from the previous page.

Update Complexity

  • Check one box: the FAQ appears on one page.
  • Check fifty boxes: the FAQ appears on fifty pages.

Updating FAQs

When you edit an FAQ in the library, the updated content appears immediately on every page where that FAQ is assigned. You make one edit in one place. Every assigned page reflects the change.
